Life experiences shape us into who we are. Unfortunately, some life experiences shape us in ways that cause us pain, distress, or confusion. My goal is to come alongside my clients offering a non-judgmental space, compassion, and my clinical knowledge. Together we can develop new understanding, make meaning, and facilitate healing.
As an associate marriage and family therapist, I can support with an array of life challenges and obstacles. Several areas of interest include anxiety, depression, faith/spiritual issues, grief and loss, identity formation, life transitions, navigating neurodivergent experiences, and relational conflict.
I offer trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy for clients of all ages including children, adolescents, adults, and I have a special interest in working with older adults navigating late life experiences. I serve individuals, couples, and families. I look forward to connecting with you!
