As an associate clinical social worker specializing in trauma and grief, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support to individuals who have experienced traumatic events. With a deep understanding of the complex impact of trauma on mental health and well-being, I offer trauma-informed therapy that is tailored to the unique needs and experiences of each client. Through a strength-based and empowering approach, I work collaboratively with individuals to help them process and heal from their trauma, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. My practice consists of a narrative approach. I specialize in working through a variety of concerns including family issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, and aggression. It is my priority to ensure my clients feel empowered, respected, understood, and valued.
My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their trauma, regain a sense of control, and move towards healing and recovery. I have been privileged enough to work with first responders as well as survivors of suicide to provide a safe and judgement free space to talk and express your history and experiences freely.
I am committed to advocating for and empowering survivors of trauma to reclaim their lives and thrive in their journey towards healing.
